What is therapy
at Sensitive Flowasis?

HSP therapy is a unique form of therapy which presents the opportunity to explore yourself and your own sensitivity to find your own greatness. You are of course welcome even if you don’t see yourself as highly sensitive! Here you are free to admit, for real, how things really are for you.

I use my intuitive presence and guiding questions to lead you on your path to understanding and feeling what it is like to be your Sensitive self, and ultimately, to your own self empowerment. 

I use scientific approaches to emotion- and thought regulation to gently guide you to the core of what is blocking you from living your fullest life, and you can see your next steps.

At Sensitive Flowasis you can learn to understand yourself better, to appreciate your Sensitivity, and to self regulate whenever the world overwhelms you. My vision is for you to take on your own life with all the ease and lightness you ever dreamed of!

My therapy is based on scientific research from the fields of positive psychology, transformation psychology, CEN research by Dr. Jonice Webb and the research around Sensory-Processing Sensitivity from HSP researcher Dr. Elaine Aron. I have a diploma in conversation therapy from Högkänslighet Sverige AB, as well as a teacher’s degree with an MA in English Linguistics.
